I hear yah. seems like they could seperate some of the fermenters from it. maybe just a few kegs per lot.... Put some thought into it ??? im gonna go down there tomorrow and check out if they will seperate if it dont sell complete.

Ive done my last 4 batches smoked for a short time the dried in a cheap Harbor Freight dehydrator (No fan in it just an element). Wifey Likes and so does everyone else

What type of temp controller are you using and where did you get it. Im thinking of building a system this winter at least starting. I have found a few controllers but not sure what everyones normal brand style is? And prices seem to be all over especiall if you plan on using more then one.

I Used Cluster and everything seemed fine

I used Nottingham It worked great It is what I almost always use

well, its Pretty much mind blowing/amazing one of the greatest parts is the darkness of it. the wife approved. I will be brewing and tweaking it in the soon future. I will post what i do. Freakin Amazing
