I am new to world of brewing and am excited to be a part of the culture. I am a culinary arts student who has a passion for all things food. I first got into beer to study flavor profiles to accompany dishes and to use as sauces, marinades, ect. I look forward to learning from you all and sharing with you all we can learn about brewing and what it takes to make a great beer!
