    Thoughts on this NE IPA recipe

    would putting the 1 oz of mosaic be better and I planned on cooling the wort to 180 and whirlpooling. I think i read somewhere that the New England IPAs have ibus under 60.

    As we all know the haze craze has taken over home brewing and I wanted to make a 3 gallon BIAB NE DIPA. Here is what I came up with: -the three day dry hop is in primary for biotransform. -single step mash at 152 for 60 please let me know your thoughts
