So I want to keep some full kegs ready to go and carbed but do not have the space in the keezer, can I carb the beer at room tempature and then just set aside until needed without any bad effects? Thanks
I made these, I glued on a magnet and when I switch out my beer I change the cap. I have almost all custom caps for bottling so it makes it easy to just switch a cap.
I am new to the cider arena and do not quite understand what back sweetening is? I am going to make a batch of cider soon and force carb it do you have to back sweeten it? Thanks
I just cracked open my Belma experiment, I must say this is a dang fine Brew! I intended it to be an IPA but it taste more like a strong Pale with a nice hoppy finish. I will post my recipe below for those that would like to try it. I think this may become my go to Pale.......

Archery hunter here, mostly Elk and deer Montana is my favorite hunting grounds but I also hunt Idaho and Washington. As addicted to brewing beer I am equally addicted to Elk in September. I also tend to lean towards hunt related beer names. My kegerater, and a couple labels........
I learned how to brew in May, did 5- 5 gallon extract batch's then I bought a brew sculpture and have since done another 65 gallons of brew! so thats 90 gallons

It isn't the discconect I checked, I think it is a poppit that is the problem. This was a kegged primed ale, do you think I could rack it into another keg?
