    Wallpaper and Keezer

Found a couple links when searching on "wallpaper fridge". Granted one of these seems to be a stainless fridge while the other looks like it might be more similar to my freezer surface: http://www.auntpeaches.com/2015/04/i-wallpapered-the-fridge-again.html...

    Wallpaper and Keezer

Anyone have any experience with using wallpaper on a keezer? I saw a threw from about 6 years ago but it was mentioned as a joke. I'm really wanting to do it. We've got a mid-century house and I've tried to come up with a good design/look for the keezer to fit in with everything. I...

    Schooners - the beer glass

Maybe the PNW schooner is a geordie schooner? I dunno. The glass looks nothing like the one pictured, though. No stem. It's almost like a very short weissbier glass. Actually searching for "Australian schooner beer glass" seemed to do the trick. Seems that it does come from Australia though...

    Schooners - the beer glass

I live in Seattle, but find myself in Jasper, IN for a few weeks. Yesterday, my wife and I went to the nearby town of Ireland, IN just for something to kill time. How often can you say that you drove to Ireland? Anyway, we stop into this place to grab lunch and each order a crappy pint of beer...

attaching formica or birch plywood to outer keezer

I wondered about that. I just thought people were over-engineering, which let's be honest, some folks love to do including myself. I thought they just released heat from the vent and where the compressor is in the back. Interesting... I mounted my collar yesterday and came to check on it in...

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) - color help

Annnnnnd, I make it to my LBS and they had nothing. I've been really down on them lately. I've used them for years. Then they moved even closer to me! Since November, they've had no bags of malt available. I was able to squeeze out a bag of pilsner malt in November, but I had to beg...

attaching formica or birch plywood to outer keezer

Working on my keezer build. I'm thinking about doing some formica around it. I've read that attaching the formica directly to the freezer might not adhere well. 1. Does anyone have experience with covering the keezer in formica or similar product and if so, what's the best way to attach...

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) - color help

Thanks. That's what I've been getting with online calculators. I need to get an app for my phone. I used to use some brewing software prolly 10 years ago, but fell off of it. Need to get back into it. thanks. I'll look for the midnight wheat as well.

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) - color help

Very much appreciated. I've never used carafa before and my LBS has been spotty with stock lately, so it's good to have some backup options.

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) - color help

The carafa will add the color. I'm just trying to figure out how much to add to hit the target color I want.

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) - color help

Thanks. I think I'll modify to use around 24oz of the carafa II. That's what I originally had down before I started tweaking and reading up more on the style. This style will go great with my Doug flag!

Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) - color help

I'm working on a Cascadian Dark Ale. I've been brewing for years, but this is my first time using some calculators to work on my grain bill to try to hit a particular style. I had a GB mapped out, but when I plugged it into a couple different SRM calculators, it was WAY off. I'm shooting for...

    2-way CO2 distributor leak

thanks. Good to know. Right now, I've only got 1 inch teflon tape anyway which is a pain to use on these. I'll pick up some of that thread sealant too for good measure. thanks!
