Home now after the weekend camping trip, hb hefeweizen outback, beautiful weather. I think i know why it cleared, the wheat malt that I used was a few years old, just a guess cause the last time I brewed it, it was properly hazy.

Weldwerks extra extra juicy bits, its probably a little past its prime but still an excellent beer.. and a close up of an elk that was about 40 yards out from where we're camping, crossed in front of us on our drive back to the campsite.

Last night we had bear, elk, and coyote, this morning we woke up to turkeys ... OT French press coffee while the sun burns off the fog.
