    nice feedback Kurtism. I am mostly concerned about taste and overall quality of the Cider at this point.. so this sounds like a good plan. Do you have input on adding more sugar? The Cider i am using is already pretty sweet.... Hmm maybe ill make that call on racking day.

    Also New to Hard Cider.. Just finished my first batch.. Pretty excited to share the results... Went with a 4 gallon batch 2lb dark brown sugar and 2lb white. Used White Labs English Cider Yeast. Really hoping I sanitized effectively... Time will tell. *Fingers Crossed*
