My red plum ale. Which I made with my own roasted malt. I fermented it by adding 5 liters of plum compost water to a 20-liter mash. It contains Cascade hops, which I grew myself, and Brewer's Gold hops. It has a very pleasant aroma. I will make this with every plum harvest from now on. Cheers!
