    Paintball Co2 to regulator connection

Feel pretty crazy here, dunno what's up I have this: https://www.austinhomebrew.com/Mini-CO2-Paintball-Regulator_p_8415.html and a 20oz paintball co2 tank. This is for my mobile 2.5 corney setup. When I connect the reg to the filled CO2 tank, nothing happens. No gas dispensed, no gauge...

Cartridge vs Paintball/MiniReg for Mini Keg

Yeah good point. Also, people who know nothing about kegs are going to be pulling off it while I am busy, have heard the pushers aren't fool proof, paintball route seems the more prudent.

Cartridge vs Paintball/MiniReg for Mini Keg

Hey guys, Just trying to decide on the cartridge based pusher systems vs a 20oz CO2 + mini reg setup. 2.5 gal keg, size is not an issue. I already have a proper keezer/co2 tank/regulator setup for force carb. Minireg (to be paired with 20oz paintball co2 tank and proper fittings)...

Good low-key cooler for mobile mini-keg

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am really looking for something as low-profile as possible. I'd dont need it to be very insulating, for this use case it only need to stay cold for a few hours. And I do want 2.5 gallons or 1.75 gallon at a min. This may be a bit tight but is the best prospect...

Good low-key cooler for mobile mini-keg

I hang out at a few places in town that are BYOB and want to put together a mobile 2.5gal keg setup (w/ paintball CO2 tank) to take to these places but keep it as low-key as possible. I've looked at the small 28L rollers(e.g. this Coleman) and they would be perfect...except they all seem to...

How many of you do short boils?

3 batches ago I switched from a 60min to a 15min boil on my heavily (late) hopped Citra Pale Ale, which I've brewed 7 times total, and noticed no adverse side effects when drinking the 60/15min side by side. Both hop schedules consisted of 15min/Whirlpool/Dry additions. The only other difference...

CornyKeg Mini Keg SS 1.75gal kegs (vs similar options)

Looking into getting into mini-kegs for parties / small batch. Leaning Torpedo over the standard style rubber top/bottom ones for stackability with fittings in-place. Another attractive option is the self-branded CorneyKeg Mini-kegs. Seems similar to (but significantly cheaper than) the Draft...

About to move, beer in primary, new keg kit

Yes and yes. That's what great about this hobby, in addition to being fun, having cold homebrew generally improves all other situations.

About to move, beer in primary, new keg kit

Thanks, I am ready to keg so I'll plan to keg, then remove the oxygen, then move (that's what you meant right?). Good call on the oxygen, hadn't thought of that.

About to move, beer in primary, new keg kit

Got keys to new place today, plan to "officially" move Sunday, still have old place for a week but prefer to move it all this weekend. 2 batches in primaries, just hit the 2 week mark, which is when I'd normally bottle, but.. Got a 2 keg/hose/co2 kit for xmas. Not keezer yet (fishing for a...
