    Its around 6 gallons total, which is why the OG was so low. Recipe said it should have been 055, so I was 20 points off.

    Its a mini mash. I am planning on adding 2-3 lb DME. The way I see it, if I add 3 lb of DME this will increase my grav by ~25 points.

    Am i just lucky?

    I feel the same way :) Though from my office during my lunchbreak its crazy to get from 35 eand ben white to AHBS. LOVE the store.
