I spend a little time in the area and have been considering putting in a small home brew supply store. Was wondering how many homebrewers there are in the area and if Marysville/Yuba City would support a local supply store?

I am looking at a recipe that calls for Flaked White Wheat, America. Am I overthinking this or can I just buy flaked wheat?

So I brewed a pumpkin pie brown ale. Had a huge problem with stuck a stuck sparge as the pumpkin was so stringy and sticky. I feel like i lost a lot of wort trying to get it fixed. Any advice for next time?

And for sanitizing.. I went to the closest restaurant and bought a gallon of their food safe no rinse sanitizer.. Works great and not too expensive!
