Long time home brewer, started in the early 90's, took a five year hiatus and now am back to brewing again in my triple tier quarter barrell RIMS system. I'm an Industrial Control Electronics Tech by trade and play around a bit with PLC's, PID Loop controllers, Arduino, Microchip PIC, and recently Raspberry Pi.
