    Kegerator for $69 - too good to be true?

    Not knowing where you are, I have had good luck finding used kegerators on CL. And now is the time of year to look - with college graduates no longer having keggers and future grooms whose spouses don't approve.

    I’d say they look happy. Keep an eye to make sure you don’t get mold. I was over cautious with my start and used the whole first half gallon as starter tea with my first gallon brew, which was then usd as the starter tea for my CB @ 2.5 gal.

    To me it looks like mold. If it’s fuzzy looking (which it appears to me) then it is and you will need to toss this batch.

    My first batch of mozz also yielded a great batch of ricotta (using raw milk). The second batch of mozz (using pasteurized) only yielded ricotta.
