last summer i scored a bunch of raw red winter wheat "say that ten times fast" straight from my grandpas field in KS, and decided to brew with it. There isn't an abundance of recipes involving raw wheat so I thought I'd post what i did.
6 lbs of 6 row malted barley

people assume that the alcohol content is related to how long something ferments or ages.

Im shooting for about 5.5% alcohol. Do you mean to cut the entire grain bill by 1/2 to 1/3 or just cut the 6 row barley by 1/2 to 1/3?
