Why not just run a hose to the outlet and have a return line drain to the sink or tank on the inlet with the lid on? Just asking because this is something I was thinking about myself.
After tasting La Roja and Oro De Calabeza at a local homebrew event I am completely hooked. I think I will try to brew a sour or two but cannot believe that they will compare.
Which gas valves do you use and does it control the flame when you turn it down. It seems as though just a ball valve is the wrong way to go because it will burn too rich/
