I'm back and more broken than ever!

It certainly was a tough realization. I have plates in both arms and a rod in my right femur. They mis-sized the rod and a screw broke so my bone never bridged. So they had to remove and replace after 6 months. That guarantees I will never be at 100% or close to it again. Glad you have a...

I'm back and more broken than ever!

Thanks, and yes, please share. curious to see what you come up with. Thanks! Yeah, i kept setting recovery expectations and being disappointed. I'm thick headed so it took time for me to realize I need to just roll with the recovery.

I'm back and more broken than ever!

I have this on tap now and did a 10 day dry hop. Pretty tasty and 7.4%. I personally don't think 4 days makes that much of a difference but YMMV. Thanks for the recipe. Certainly a winner.

I'm thinking of brewing with tap water. Terrible idea?

That is really cool. I have only one brew under my belt but deal with water a lot for the kidney dialysis industry. The water here in Cincinnati isn't too bad but I can taste chlorine which is the only reason I drink filtered water (not afraid of chlorine just don't like the taste). When...

Even if they only use chlorine, the chlorine can meet up with ammonia released from decaying organic matter and form chloramines.
