    Cartridges are 100% Nitro from what I've researched. So beer would need to be pre-carbonated.

    Drinking Rye by itself (with one large cube) I prefer Angel's Envy Rye and High West Double Rye. For a rye old-fashioned I will go with Whistlepig or the go-to Bulleitt rye.

    I think BA has a place on their site that lists bars/pubs/breweries by city. You may check there. The Rathskeller is an interesting place but I haven't been there in years. Try to track down 3 Floyd's while you are in Indiana. Great beers and not widely distributed at all.

    Lager - Can I save it?

    5 months on the yeast cake is worrying but I'd pull a sample and taste it. If it tastes alright, then get it off the yeast cake and either bottle or drop the temps and lager some more.

    Any old cooler bulkhead kit will do. I prefer to reuse the silicone washers that seal the cooler's spigot than the ones in the kits though.

    To proceed: Let fermentation finish and allow the yeast to cleanup after themselves...2 weeks or more. Everything will settle to the bottom and you can carefully rack the clear beer to keg or bottling bucket.
