    fermenting in warm temps?

    My apartment IS the basement. When I brewed my porter on Friday, it was nice and cool in there, but at some point over the weekend we hit temperatures in the 90s. Though it took a day and a half for the basement to heat up, it is now damned hot in there and my temp strip was up to 75*F...
