    ATTENTION Brewers in Kansas City area...

    I am from overland park and have found the same thing with the LHBS's one of them is also only sells their dme in 3 pound quantity which is a little annoying. I will e switching to all grain this winter so I may be up for some bulk buys later .

    my batch has been fermenting for about 3 weeks now I tasted it last week and it was awful tried a little last night its starting to taste allot more like an actual cider. I am going to bottle it up tomorrow using brown sugar instead of corn sugar or maybe a small mix not sure yet we shall see...

    well i was planning on bottling this last weekends after two weeks in primary after tasting i racked off to a secondary added a spice tea and am letting it site for another week before I bottle. I must say the tasting was terrible was like really dry tart white wine with a small hint of apple...

    I just got mine pitched at about 10 pm last night it was bubbling with a thin foam layer this morning used Nottingham ale yeast on mine I cant wait to try it ill have to spice up the next batch:)/

    I have seen people post about making spice teas for this but I haven't seen them post about how they turned out I was thinking of doing the same for a nice fall graff but would like to see some feedback on how it worked for everyone.

    I am going to brew up my first batch of this tonight wish me luck I am following the recipe with the exception of the torrified wheat lbh was out of it
