    If the temperature rises above 72 degrees for a few hours then goes back down to 68 will is keep fermenting?

    I am brewing my first batch it is an American Amber kit. Its been fermenting for about a day and the airlock blew off. Is it ruined or is there anything i could or should do?

    M just starting to brew my own beer and need to know the best place to store it. It stays about 75 to 85 degrees in the garage and we keep the house about 65. If it stays inside will ot smell? Does it need ventilation?
