No, thats correct, what I am wondering is, will the low ambient temperature keep the fermentation temp from climbing? I can keep the Fermenter warm, but I cant cool it off if it spikes.

Hey Gang, So I reached out to SS Brewtech and found out that the Mashtun is insulated, so we can only go with a two burner system. In order to adjust temp in the Mashtun we will have to use a Herms/Rims setup. Cheers, Andy
