Pumpkin Help
dr Jekyll said.... further alterations i am thinking of making upping the pumpkin and sprinkling brown sugar on it then roasting it and adding it to the MASH. Any suggestions? We did this exact thing with our pumpkin beer we just made last week... Supposedly, by cooking it in the oven...- amber

Hello, My name is Doug, and I've lost it already and I'm on my second batch
Homebrewing for us has turned into a really fun hobby for us and we couldnt be happier. In less than a year, we have brewed 76 batches....76th just today... and we have no thoughts to slow down! Hurray for Homebrewing and the rewards that come from it! :D- amber

Sierra Nevada's Press Release: Chico Estate Harvest Ale
SN Harvest Ale is really good. :) Up to now its only been available in 24 oz bottles where I live and only a certain time of the year....:( Im looking forward to trying the Estate Ale.... Hopefully it'll come in 12 oz. bottles...? Just to note...there is a clone recipe for the SN Torpedo now...- amber
