no problem... i decided to add 2 oz of vanilla extract to the secondary today... and now i will let it sit for two weeks... maybe more... what do you think would be best for a length of time to let it sit?

I am a new member but have been brewing for a little while (5th batch). Right now I am working on a Cream Stout and I want to make it a vanilla cream stout by adding extract into my secondary. Do you have a good recipie for an amount to add and not have it be too potent? Any advise...
