10 years ago, I used to hate beer. Wasn't much into it. Luckily, I had a friend who began introducing me to good beers. He started slowly, but surely getting me to try different styles and tastes. My tastes have grown and changed since then, and now I am beginning my journey into home brewing. I see a very fun future for me in this. I am wanting to bring some unique and interesting flavors into my brews. Loving the process, so far. I am getting to study a range of literature: from history to biology to chemistry. It seems that the general idea of making beer is simple, but the complexity of it is fascinating.
