photo is from fall 2015, seasonal winemaking using only wild Icelandic blueberries. 10 liter/ 3 gallon batch that turned out very successful.

this 8 liter batch was tempting to hold back on drinking and so did within 14 months. Redcurrants make an excellent wine or meads if one has patience to age it more then a year
