    Glycol chiller parts?

You don't need much for flow but keep in mind depending on your coil setup you can need significant pressure. The FTSS setup is pretty minimal so they use the small pumps. I have ~40ft of 3/8tubing around the external of the conical and it runs around 35psi. If you get a submersible pump you...

    Glycol chiller parts?

I've been though a few. I started out with a custom made ~800btu/h chiller with a large cooler and a sump pump. This had a good size reservoir but the pump generated quite a bit of heat and 800btu/h isn't enough. I then went to a smaller 1/6hp beer line chiller which had a smaller 3gal...

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

I've been looking at using BrewPi & glycol and as you mentioned it seems this would be alot easier with V0.4+. I would be interested in testing and helping with minor development.

Native ESP8266 BrewPi Firmware - WiFi BrewPi, no Arduino needed!

@Thorrak What version of BrewPi firmware is brewpi-esp8266 based upon? I want to run a beer probe only setup (brewpi recommendation for glycol) but this was only supported in V0.4.X. I see you have a 0.4 branch but it's unclear the state and if it works? Can you shed any light on this?

Single Tier eHERMS TriClamp (mostly) build

No, I never bothered. If you have any specific questions, let me know.

Single Tier eHERMS TriClamp (mostly) build

Hey, Not sure I can in good conscious recommend anyone do what I do (very little of it was necessary). I've actually done some further mods (added a 3rd pump so it's easier to do back to back batches). Each vessel now has its own pump. To Answer your questions: I wanted the lowest...

    Soldering Stainless steel

I mocked up both before deciding and preferred the 2" (didn't mean to imply 1.5" doesn't work). Of course its a personal preference and to each their own. If I did it again I'd probably go 1.5" with straight elements, but for ripple I like the 2".

    Soldering Stainless steel

I also used 2" TC. I'm guessing you want it for heating elements? (thats what I used mine for). Makes the ripple elements alot easier to get in/out. I used a 1 1/4" conduit punch for the hole and had a dimple tool custom made (so that doesnt help you much). You can get cheap conduit punches...

Using multiple elements in a boil kettle

I have the exact same setup. 5500W and 4500W elements in both HLT and BK. I can select 2 at a time. With 2 elements (5500W & 4500W) I can take 10gal 55deg F tap water in the HLT up to 150F in ~16mins. I've been meaning to record some graphs of the different elements and heating times, but havent...

Single Tier eHERMS TriClamp (mostly) build

I initially had some problems with the BrewTroller locking up/etc but I've got most of that resolved now. Still trying different things to figure out the best process, but its been working pretty well lately (but I've done a fair bit of tweaking/modifications). The 4 elements is pretty...

Which one? The brewery is up and running. The glycol is on hold. Using a chest freezer for now.
