I have homebrewed over 50 gallons of beer. I want to get into distillation and have taken classes to understand it. I have a few different stills and many carboys plus their airlocks, etc. I just have to ascertain for myself processes and refined details so that I don't ever have failures. Microbrewing and distillation seem to look like something that we can do in this state with relative impunity.
