    What's in your fermenter(s)?

    5/8 Brewed 5.5 gallons: Dragon's Milk clone 5/16 Brewed 5.25 gallons: Zombie Dust clone with 2 oz of each Citra & Amarillo for dry hopping.

    BIAB 3 Gallon Brew too sweet!

    Just a quick follow up. Some bottles were fully carbonated and others were not. Used to little priming sugar for 3 gallons. 1st 12 bottles are good. The rest are flat and sweet. Thanks everyone for feedback to figure this out!

    Bottled on 9/21. Only got 16(22oz) 6(15.5oz) and 10(12oz) out of this batch. A lot of trub on bottom. Will call it Grasshopper Head Wheat IPA. Now the wait.

    Try Troegs Nugget Nectar. Imperial Amber with good malt and hoppy. It's a seasonal in February.
