So, the machinist friend is in Florida, The welder can't look at it until next Friday and then you think, I'll bring it to the master plumber / pipe fitter I know. Here, it works perfect, but looks like this! LMAO :p The nut didn't clear the tank originally... The difference between art and...

Now I just need to bend and plug the in-port or weld it shut!

I'd just use it until it errors out. Not server or connection errors, but heating loops errors. The silicone in the front by the drip tray is a pain in the butt to take apart and put back together. You almost feel like you're going to break it.

Where did you get the 3/8 barb? I keep seeing them online but they want like $10 + to ship a $1 item...

If you put on both port barbs on the width is wider than the space. I ordered a different version that has a top port too, and a proper barbed drain port with shutoff. So, yes the tee will be eliminated, I'm going to try and weld the input barb or bend it and plug it. The check value was never a...

So, as it cooled from 207, it is pulling air through the check value. Which I expected. But, it went from 1 inch hose air pocket to about 10 inches. I will top it off again and run it again. It is better than creating a large vacuum. Amazon.com: EVIL ENERGY 10mm 3/8'' Fuel Line One Way Non...

FYI, I got the reservoir installed and it sucks! The threads on the bottom and the top are different. To use the plug on the top I had to add a ton of thread tape and more than one try with leaks to get it to hold, Then the barb installed on the bottom o-ring was too small for the hole. So, once...

I just did the same exact thing. I used a check value rather than a plug. But, I had not tightened it thinking I'll need to fill it again. at about 180 degrees, I heard a pop and it shot glycol all over my dining room. Can tell we are not engineers, Water doesn't expand, but air does!

I getting server errors on both machines... It must be them or my WIFI sucks

I'm a computer guy. Always in fortune 500 companies. If you are still getting server errors, and the router is close by, just plug in a network cable. Eliminate WIFI being a potential issue. Fatal errors from what I've seen are temp sensor variations related to air pockets in the heating loop...

It actually was almost spotless. 3 small floaters with a clean cycle with cascade! I think they just got bound. I had to get creative putting 1 PSI on the step filter drain...

Nevermind, Both sides were air bound. I put 1 PSI into both sides then the pumps started working. I think they just needed to get wet. But I am getting lots of server errors. I didn't try my other machine to see if it is on their side. After a few re-tries, it works.

Mike, I bought that unit from Chris0879 and it sounds like the pumps are making noise but it is not sucking liquid. I used my keg and lines that are known good and still nothing. I even tried just using a cup and filling the line filter and nodda. Do, I need to prime it somehow. I think it sat...

Wow, knowing you can buy the whole machine at $300; $180 is pretty steep!
