Is everyone using extra yeast for bottling? I bottled some without and after 2.5 months.... Nada....Im going ton give it a couple more months but I as hopingbfor something....
+1... im the same way...keep the beer making train going...my favorite part of the hobby is the process...i only have a beer or two a day..if that. Sometimes you just get tired of the taste and want something else on tap...

S05...dry low yeast character max hoppiness... At least for me... I live in florida and ferment all these bad boys at 60-62 in a swamp cooler. Works like a charm.
