Me! I was actually wondering about this myself. I live in Kentford, a tiny village between Bury St. Edmunds and Newmarket. I just got into brewing and for now I'm concentrated on making ciders and wines. It would be nice if there were some brewers around here to meet/exchange tips and tricks...
I know this thread is old but I figured I'd give it a shot. Do you wash the petals at all beforehand? If so, did you wash the whole heads and then de-petal or did you wait until all the petals were removed?
