    What about smoked-wilderness-mouses? (ekkkkkk) Now serious: Did you chose how you´re going to use the bacon? What about adding it to the boil, after the oven stuff? I´m not sure if the dry-bacon will work fine.

    At here we have some pumpkins, but there´s not like the ones that you guys have in the USA. I´ve miscalculated the amount I was going to use in my recipe, so, right now, I´m baking the sweet potato and crushing the grains.

    3 steps batch in MLT

    Three step infusion mash: That´s the ticket!!! I brew with 2 pots and I use temp raise. I never used infusion or decoction, but that´s what I was looking for. Does infusion work´s fine in a MLT? Thanks guys.

    Does a wort really need to rest before cooling?

    Oh. I´ve spent to much dry hop in my Amber Ale batches, cause the hop aroma never was as prominent as I desired. Will do another on next weekend and will wait to start to chill.

    I always put the chiller (immersion) in the last 15" of the boil and as soon as I reach 0", put the hops, turn off the heat, and start the water flow, while I make the whirlpool. Am I wrong and I don´t need to do that in such a speedy way?
