    This photo is a little less about a beer infection and more about a weird looking trub after I racked to secondary. Yeast was Wyeast American Ale II with the dregs of a dogfish raison d'être. I've only been brewing a year and this is my 13th batch. Normally the trub looks like smooth mud but...
