    Is Booze, Beer?

    I read a lot of people saying their beer is "boozy". To me booze is all alcohol, not the case, beer is not booze?

    I name all my brews after members on my website. The current brew that I've bottled is an oatmeal stout. I named it after a member of my website, and friend, that owns a saloon in Pittsburgh. Check it out (I like it!)... --Aaron:mug:

    office space

    We've got our own paint shop at the manufacturing company I work at. I bead blasted my swingline stapler and painter it cherry red in honor of Office Space. I should get a photo of it sometime next to the PC Load Letter display on our HP laserjet. --Aaron:mug:

    Did I mess up?

    The activity you're seeing now is normal. It's just the co2 coming out of the beer due to the transfer disturbance. As far as the darkness, it may lighten up as well after the yeast, proteins, and other compounds settle out. And as they say, relax don't worry have a home brew....or a nice...
