I just brewed 1 gallon, with extract, and I think it's delicious, but I feel like the guys on this forum don't think I've learnt how to brew like this, I'll keep learning. Also I've heard that some countries limit the amount of homebrewed beer per year is this true?

That makes sense. I mainly bought this machine because I had tried home-brewed beer before. It’s just too delicious. It wasn't until after I started drinking it that I began to really think about how beer is brewed.
