I was talking with the friend i made this batch with. Turns out we made it two years ago. You really can’t tell, it kept just fine.
I’ve got it on tap and been drinking it all weekend :-)
it came out wonderful! The beer itself was only at 25deg F so im sure the last year in the keggerator was the same as being paused in time. Thanks for the advice!
before last thanksgiving a buddy and I made a pumpkin ale. We forgot about it in secondary. after some months i moved the carboy into my kegerator. The air lock still has water in it. The beer itself looks clean, no mold or any floaties at all.
I’m sure the pumpkin flavor will have gone off...
