I have been all grain brewing for about a year now and want to try my hand at lagering. Does anyone have any thoughts on the simplest style of beer to lager and/or the most forgiving?
Hey ladies and gents just wanting to introduce myself, im new to home brewing got three extract brews under my belt and trying to get set up with an all grain brew in the next month or two so im sure I will be asking all kinds of dumb questions!
