I just planted my first hops this year. I went with three Cascade rhizomes and three Golding rhizomes. Five of the six came up -- not bad for my brown thumb. The two Cascade plants are doing great. They're about 10-12' and have some cones on them. The Golding on the other hand, look wilty...
I'm just getting back into brewing after about a 10 year hiatus, and am thinking of calling the new brewery the Laughing Dobie Brewery. We have two very goofy dobermans. And the first batch in the primary has been called 'Nubby Ale'
