From what Ive read, people save the yeast when they transfer from the primary to the secondary after a week. I dont plan on doing a secondary so will the yeast still be good after 3 weeks in the fermentor?

It seems to taste ok to me. Is churning the correct term, I see about a dozen little clumps of yeast slowly raising and sinking. Its still pretty cloudy.
