    To add to this, I've had an IPA in primary for 6 days and. The directions for the kit says 4-7 days in primary, transfer to secondary, add dry hop, ferment for 4-7 more days, then bottle. Do these times seem short? I plan on at least a week for primary and secondary. This is my first batch...

    First batch in primary right now. It's "Bombastic IPA" from Great Fermentations. It smells great. Does it look ok for day two?
