So sorry for the delay, I do not frequent this site much. Mash Eff was around 90% according to Beersmith. I was getting around 78% brewhouse on 6 gallon batches and around 72% with 10.

Few years old and great condition. All 4 ports are 1/2" NPT (need to verify) and I can include the 2 wort in/out which are tri clamp. The water port are camlock, I could include them or keep them for the immersion chiller. $160, prefer a trade.

Thanks, I did a test run with just just water Friday and the probe in the thermowell (no grease), analog thermometer also in a thermoswell (no grease) as a therma pen in the water all read within .3 degrees. Well the analog was not easy to tell how close it was, but it was as close as my eyes...

Thanks. Going to run a test run with just water tonight and see how the digital and analog probes read. Plus it's a nice practice session to learn how this all works compared to my old eBIAB
