The Primo water is RO, BUT it has minerals added back for "taste". You may need to take that into account as you build you water profile. Trout

I have the PRO. As stated above the Pro both heats and cools for fermentation. It works well, and I like it. I use buckets for fermentation, and i find the bucket kind of a pain to get into and out of the jacket when to bucket is full. Having said that, I would buy another one if I had the need...

I built the whizbang press from pictures and info from the interwebs, but have not actually used it yet. It really is a straight forward construction. I used 2x6s i think. I did not go so far as to build the disposal grinder, but if you really are into cider, I think its an excellent way to go.

If you're a DIY sort, Google "whizbang cider press". The press is not difficult.
