I'm an emergency room nurse who loves brewing beer and making mead. I love stouts and porters, have made 4 batches of beer (20 gallons) and about 15 gallons of mead! Especially fond of pineapple/kiwi melomels. So im still a newbie brewer, but i love to learn! Love to ride motorcycle, shoot the heck out of paper targets and walk my dog.
