I can't find an answer for this so I'm hoping homebrewtalk can help.
Why do some homebrew supply shops crush the individual grains and put them in separate bags when others just mill it all together and send it in a single bag?
Is there a reason for it?
Edit: I am meaning recipe kits.
Thanks guys. I did get some sanitizer with the kit. I'm pretty are it is the one mentioned. I'm not going to have any direct supervision but definite some people to help out if need be. There is so much info in this site it's awesome. Thanks for the warm welcome.
