This is Fitzroy (my good luck Gnome) checking out what we were going to brew that day. We brewed two Summer Ales. One from a kit and another Summer Ale that was brewed from an all grain recipe.

Beer samples. I had an all grain IPA that's one of the instructors (Greg) brewed from his own recipes. It was the best beer I have ever tasted!
Hops added to wort. This is a all grain Summer Ale that I am anxiously awaiting to try at the next class!
