the rig with wind defense activated. A total hybrid system. Started out with a free welding connection at work (I changed jobs and lost the free welding) .. had to start drilling holes and using bolts. Ran out of angle iron and got laid off from job .. so had to complete brewing sculpture out of wood. Heat MT/LT and Brew Kettle with natural gas .. heat Hot Liquor Tank with propane. One March pump to MT/LT and second Hot Liquor StorageTank (10 gallon cooler) ... everything else gravity flow. 12.5 gallon stainless conical fermenter .. nine 5 gallon corny .. one 10 gallon corny .. one 2.5 gallon corny.
