Electric oven set to 750F and I use a 16" square x 2" thick paver as a stone. Still haven't found my favorite flour mixture or dough making process though.

@dstar26t. Hold the phone!!! 750 in an electric oven PLEASE explain. Love to make pizzas at home but my electric only goes to 550. If you're using the cleaning cycle PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me how. Check out Jeff Varazano's blog for dough making. King Arthur Bread Flour or any high gluten flour works great. If you can get 750 temps in your oven you can try 00 flour; found at most Whole Foods.

I read Varasano's, that's where I learned the technique. All you do is cut the door lock that engages during the cleaning cycle and if you have a switch on the door, you have to keep the switch closed.
You have to get an IR temp gun so you know what the temp is. I found 800 to be too hot for my dough and oven. 750 is just right. You can see the dough bubbles just start to char and the bottom is perfectly charred. I've started using pastry flour as part of the mixture with good success lately.
