A pic of rhizome formation on dormant hop crowns. Rhizomes are not roots! They are an underground "stem" that grows from the mother plant and sends up shoots. they are easy to tell from roots because they thave a hooked growing tip.

This is the Cascade crown from the 6 pack. This is our standard grade with multiple stems, heavy roots, and crown budding. Beefy!
