This is the first time I have brewed. I read Palmer, watched 5-6 how to brew videos on youtube and we still screwed it up!!! You know none of it really made sense until I actually got out there and did it. This batch may be $30 down the drain. Don't worry though, I'm going to bottle it and everything, just in case it turns out. Hell I've only met one beer I didn't enjoy and that was Natural Light.
