Holy crap! I was looking at walk-in fermentation rooms, saw your forum post on a google search, saw someone talk about yours in your profile pictures, and wound up here, and even registered to post a comment. You don't possibly live in the Denver area and picked up those stainless drums from container buyers a number of years back on a rejected load for $55/ea did you? I am doing the same project but was fabricating the cone which I am regretting right now.
